REFUND POLICY

All orders are cut & sewn in house! They are done in order that they are received. If there is ever a time rush please reach out to me via fb or email me at moonygirl828@gmail.com.

All customs are sold final, due to the nature of the product.

Turn around time will be within 30-45 business days for all preorders unless noted otherwise(m-f) this is not including PO holiday closures & Block Out Dates which are pinned in the FB VIP and on the main page of the website in the about me section. This does not include shipping times. (please note that I will announce any delays on the FB VIP page- Linked below)

Due to the nature of the items sold specific to your sizing there are no refunds unless there is an error on my end. Exchanges or store credit are available. If there are any issues please shoot me an email within 3 days of receiving package and I will get it fixed right away for you.
